Tech & Real Estate is an independent editorial publication covering real estate technology — AI tools, virtual staging, agent tech, market trends, and PropTech. This page explains how we produce our coverage and where we have commercial relationships.
Who We Are
Tech & Real Estate is self-published by its editorial team. Articles are attributed to the Tech & Real Estate Editorial team rather than to individual named authors. We are not a brokerage, we do not list properties for sale, and we do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Treat our articles as editorial insight, not professional advice.
How We Research and Write
- We ground coverage in research, publicly available data, and practical application for real estate professionals.
- Where we cite a statistic, we aim to link a named source. Figures drawn from industry studies are directional and can vary by market, property, and methodology — we try to say so.
- We do not fabricate statistics, sources, quotes, or credentials. If a claim cannot be sourced, we soften or remove it.
Commercial Relationship Disclosure
Many of our articles reference and link to RealEstage.ai, an AI virtual staging platform we have a commercial relationship with. Links to RealEstage.ai are marked as sponsored. This relationship does not change our editorial standards: we only reference tools we consider genuinely useful to real estate professionals, and our assessments are our own.
